AtBusiness Oy is a company with high know-how specialising in IT solutions and services. The company operates in Finland and Russia.
We offer our clients services in areas such as process strengthening, information system solution planning and implementation, and system life cycle management.
Our core know-how is based on the expertise in the key processes of our clients' business. The key processes are:
- processes related to marketing, sales and client relationship management
- enterprise resource planning processes
- human resource management processes
- performance management processes.
We operate in two countries and have four different offices. The head office is located in Helsinki (Vuorikatu 14 A) and our other offices are in Kuopio, Lappeenranta and St. Petersburg. We have had operations in Russia for almost ten years and with our St. Petersburg office we are able to serve the Finnish companies that operate in the Russian market. The office in St. Petersburg also acts as an expert resource in our product development and client projects.

Early in 2008, we carried out a client satisfaction survey. Its results show that our clients believe that we live up to our value proposition - expertise, delivery capability and continuity.
