In the trade and services sector, system solutions often require multistage communication between the partners. The optimisation needs of the value chain of this service set demanding challenges for the integrability of the information system. We have implemented demanding information system ensembles in which integrability and the different network self-service solutions have an important role.
For example, we have implemented different solutions related to sea logistics management. These solutions are used to manage the ship traffic of the entire country and to supply information to the authorities for traffic monitoring and shipping route fees. Furthermore, our solutions are also used to manage the deliveries of single containers and packages from the supplying client to the receiving client and to cover all project phases in this value chain.
In addition, we have developed broad client relationship management solutions that also support multichannel customer service for our clients.
