The implementation of large and critical information systems is a challenging task. The critical phase is the delivery process, during which the new information system is given to the client for use or an existing system is renewed.
We implement all projects according to our standardised project method. In this procedure, the client's system is illustrated as quickly as possible so that the client can, in practice, test the system and "simulate" the functionality of the solution in their own business process. In this way, the development takes place in a client-oriented way and possible deviations can be faced immediately. At the same time, the solution to be taken into use takes concrete form for the client.
Our project method also includes a systematic testing and feedback process in which we gather information on the situation from our client during the project, after its termination and after training. In this way, we make sure that we operate according to the client's will and with good results (from the point of view of both parties).
We have over ten years of experience in demanding deliveries and this experience has also been used in our procedures. Our procedures are based on general and accepted standards.
